Join our team of exceptional professionals who are dedicated to enriching the lives of the individuals we serve. Due to our continued growth, we are presently hiring a Part Time (20 hours) dynamic and experienced HR Coordinator who will provide quality and high-volume full cycle recruiting activities and serve as a point of contact for talent acquisition. This role manages the applicant tracking system, seeks out, screens, coordinates interviews, hires, and onboards job applicants to fill existing and future company job openings. This role also manages employee records and provides assistance on other HR functions.

What’s a typical day look like?

As the HR Coordinator, your day will be filled with activities to ensure that we hire and engage the right people to serve our participants. You will:

  • Collaborate with Directors to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, job fairs and social media platforms, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements online.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to identify potential matches for open positions using Applicant Tracking System (UKG).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring timely and efficient communication throughout the process.
  • Prepare job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including reference checks and background screenings.
  • Ensure new hire engagement and positive experience.
  • Prepare new hire documentation and conduct orientation.
  • Create and maintain hard and electronic copy of employee file.
  • Track and ensure compliance with mandatory items.

Where and when will you work?

You will work at our Admin Office in Las Vegas.

Part Time (20 hours), Monday to Friday. Flexible schedule.
